Once your order is placed and paid for it will be marked as ‘processing‘. If your order was placed before 1pm Monday – Friday it will be picked and sent to our delivery company for delivery in 1 – 2 days. If your order was placed after 1pm it will be picked and sent to our delivery company the next working day. See our delivery page for more information.
Once your order has been handed over to our delivery company it will be marked as ‘completed‘ and you will received tracking information.
Delivery is FREE on orders over €50 and are delivered by Express Parcel post nationwide.
Orders under €50 are charged a flat rate of €5 and are delivered by Express Parcel post.
Deliveries usually take 1 – 3 days if ordered before 1pm (Mon- Fri). See our delivery information page here for more details.
Yes. Once your order is complete we will send you your tracking information. If you created an account during the checkout process you can also track your item from the dashboard.

‘Completed’ orders can be tracked via via the tracking information you received in your email. If your order is marked as ‘completed’ but you have not received tracking information please check your ‘spam’ folder or contact our customer care team via our contact page and we can look in this for you.

Our delivery company require a signature for all deliveries. The parcel will not be left with a neighbour or outside a premises. If you are not at home when the item is delivered the delivery will either be rescheduled for the next working day or you may be instructed to collect from your local depot. Alternatively please choose to have the item delivered to a different address during the checkout process, where someone will able to sign for your purchase.
If you chose to get your items delivered to a work/office address please check with the person responsible for processing incoming post and/or deliveries.
No, currently our delivery company do not offer a weekend delivery service. Your order will be sent out for delivery on the next working day.
We realise that buying gifts can often be left to the last minute. In the vast majority (95%) of cases deliveries are next day if ordered before 1pm Mon – Fri (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). Please allow sufficient time for processing and delivery of your order as outlined above.

Yes, during the checkout process, there is an option to add a note, please include your instructions here. By default we do not include an invoice which includes pricing if the recipient shipping name and address is different than your own (billing address)

At present we do not offer a gift wrapping service unfortunately but it is something we will be adding in the future.
Yes, our website is fully SSL protected. We never store, hold or have access to your credit card information at any time. This information is processed securely by our payment providers; PayPal or Stripe depending on how you paid for your order. Please see their websites for further information if needed.
