We hope that you find the products you ordered more than satisfactory. However should you need to exchange or return any of the items you purchased we have an easy returns policy which applies to full price and sale price items equally.

Please follow the guidelines below:

1. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your goods if there are any product discrepancies or if you would like a return or exchange stating the reason for return via our contact page. Items returned without contacting us first will be sent back.

2. You have 28 days to return the item from the day it was delivered. For items purchased for Christmas and Valentines Day we offer extended return dates. Please check the appropriate tab(s) for confirmation of dates.

3. To qualify for a refund or exchange the goods returned must be ‘as new’ with all packaging, labels intact, undamaged and unused. Please include a copy of the original order form with the order ID so that we can match it with your account.

4. If you paid for delivery (orders under €50) then we will refund you the delivery charge of €5 provided we receive the goods in the condition as outlined above.

5. At present we do not cover the cost of returns postage. If you paid via PayPal they may be able to cover any additional charges for returns. We advise returning the item via tracked post such as An Post registered post or a similar courier service which requires a signature, as we cannot be held liable for items that get lost or damaged when shipped to us. Our warehouse is not open to the public so we are not able accept deliveries made in person, they must be sent via An Post, courier or similar operator.

6. We can only accept return or exchange requests from the purchaser of the gift i.e. if you have received a gift from our website as a present and wish to exchange or return you will need to request the purchaser to follow the steps above.

If your return or exchange does not meet all of the criteria outlined above then we will be unable to refund you and will arrange to have the item returned to you.

If your return or exchange has met all of the criteria above you should expect a refund within 14 days of us receiving the item(s) back. However, in many cases this will be much sooner. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your bank transactions.

If you have made a mistake and need to cancel your order please contact our care team as quickly as possible. Once an order has been completed we are unable to cancel it and you will need to follow the steps above to return the item for a refund when it arrives.

To make it easier to buy gifts for your loved one for Valentines Day we offer an extended date to which we are accepting returns. Any purchases made from January 1st to February 14th may be returned up until the 28th February.

Order by 11pm Saturday 18th December to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.

Orders received after this time and date will NOT be processed until January 4th.
